Check the apartment extensively before you sign the walk through, I found numerous flaws after all the paper work. Shower nob was installed wrong so u never get a real Hot shower, I didnt have closet rods for my clothes for a month and when they put new ones in they did a VERY poor job. If you need prior notice for water shut-off etc...there is none.
