Trash everywhere, bugs, maintenance takes forever-my one toilet didn’t work for a whole month- nothing off my rent, Lots and lots of kids everywhere playing and walking which is super cute and they’re very respectful, what’s not cute is the note I got on my door of a high risk sex offender as my neighbor!!! Especially when almost everyone in the community has kids and they play outside everyday!! Definitely not in the best interest of the community. Moved out as fast at I could and never looking back!

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Management and personnel are very unprofessional, Nicole and Christina do not know how to speak to residents with respect and understanding when dealing with service repairs. My daughter had to relocate for 2 weeks at the start of her lease do to the apartment being filthy and an inoperable toilet., which was the first indication that this location was not a good choice, She had to contract her own cleaning service and pay out of pocket, she was reimbursed for the cleaning through deduction in rent bu... read more

I've lived here for five months. I've not had a sound apartment from day one. I have been patient but with constant false promises of repair and multiple botched repairs I would have to say I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It is so dissappointing because I really wanted to love this place. It would take a miracle for me to renew my lease.
Been 3 days without hot water. Called maintenance they said they will be by 1 or 2 to replace the water heater. Which I had to shut the power off to it cause it started sparking. Called the front office to get a status front office said they will try and talk to maintenance but doesn’t want to make them upset cause she is new. Never heard back from them. Cool I’ll just go without hot water no biggie....
I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone. Good luck getting a call back from anyone in there office! Also my apartment smelled like smoke all the time. My husband and myself do not smoke at all. When we spoke to the manager all she had to say was “ I’m sorry the people below you smoke that’s why”. Nobody in that office wanted to help us fix the problem. They are the worse place to live. Oh and they also charge a fee for pest control. That was a joke because i found multiple spiders, And SCORPIONS in my home.
My husband and I have lived here for almost two years and will not be resigning. Our A.C has gone out over 6 times since we've been here and each time instead of properly fixing it they just keep adding Freon. Now after two nights of no A.C in out apartment the front desk has told me that they have other work orders ahead of our "small" issue... I don't think no A,C is a small issue considering we live in Texas.
