Very unprofessional I had to takeoff work to be able to come see one of these units. I had something scheduled two people were outside working today at the leasing office. I could not get no one to answer the door nor could I get anyone to answer my phone calls, text messages or emails. I really wanted to come see this unit, but I’m glad at the same time that I missed a bullet because it just shows if I was to get a unit here how much issues it would cause long-term. Terrible maintenance response time (if they respond at all), roaches, rats (although we pay for extermination each month), laundry room is always a mess and the machines are often not working.
I have lived in many places in Clemson and this one is by far the worst hands down. It’s disgusting here. Appliances break down all the time (good thing the maintenance is friendly, you will be needing them frequently) i find a cockroach in my room every night. Please do not live here
