Terrible maintenance response time (if they respond at all), roaches, rats (although we pay for extermination each month), laundry room is always a mess and the machines are often not working.
I have lived in many places in Clemson and this one is by far the worst hands down. It’s disgusting here. Appliances break down all the time (good thing the maintenance is friendly, you will be needing them frequently) i find a cockroach in my room every night. Please do not live here
