I agree with the other reviewer. He appraised our house $35,000 lower than another appraisal we had done.. This is not just a problem we have had. Our loan officer was confused by why ours came back so low. He pulled other loans and found that Bill always comes back really low. The smart loan officer is no longer going to use Bill. At least no other people at that bank will have to deal with his extremely far off appraisals. He is also not a friendly person. Bill Cullinane came to do an appraisal for a refinance. He spent very little time at our property and even though we provided a list of updates he made a comment in his appraisal that we had no updates in the last 15 years! He had many inaccuracies in his report but refused to change anything. This happened to be our 2nd appraisal in less than a month because of a bank not being able to process our first refi. before the rate lock expired.
