Leasing agents were deceptive. When I wanted to see the apartment I was gonna rent, they told me it's under renovation. They showed a model one, which was in a better shape than the one I moved in. Requests to fix faucet in bathtub, door were not done. Before signing the lease, they told me early termination fee was 60 days notice and one month of rent. In reality on the leasing contract, I was obligated for the entire 12 months of rents. Stay away from these people. Nearby Beacon House Apartment was much better.
