RecommendedVIEW 34- where luxury meets modern living! What an amazing building! Have been living here for the past month and am yet to find a better place! Thank you, UDR Rentals, for creating and managing an amazing building which has become a cherished home for so many of us! From the unique amenities to the extremely friendly and accommodating staff this is by far the best luxury high rise with the most magnificent views of all of Manhattan!
The views are amazing.The workers are nice. I love to coming back again.
Stay away. Place is a scam. They ask for $500 to "hold" an apartment for you while you get your application in. However, if ALL the necessary paperwork is not submitted in 24 hours, they re-list the apt and put you on a wait list. They don't tell you that. Meanwhile, good luck in getting your "refundable" deposit back. Steer clear of this place.
