They are awful people who do NOT care about their tenants
crooked management Larry and Tina made me sign a lease saying i was getting a 2 bedroom 2 bath all tile floor and ended up with exactly what i didn't sign for then i wanted out of my lease kept my security deposit and reported on my credit!!!!!!! now thats low down they could of just told me the truth about what i signed for. I promise you the worst place I've rented in Panama city hands down..
I have been here 2 years now and I have never seen christmas decorated post like the pictures show .you have a few people who have dogs let them pee on your plants not on leashes like it says in your lease. People move in and out and a few people have more people living with them that is on the lease.i like my apartment it is just the stuff that goes on here sometime is just to much
I love living here. It's quiet most of the time and the owner is a nice guy!!!!
