Overall they get “the job” done, but if you consider your pet your family, I would go somewhere else. They were not very personable. We felt like “just another number”. It was hard for us because our cat needed surgery and there was a big lack of connection and empathy. The person who took our cat didn’t even make eye contact with us despite me stating I was nervous and this was the first time I had ever done anything like this. Overall they get “the job” done, but if you consider your pet your family, I would go somewhere else. They were not very personable. We felt like “just another number”.
