I’ve been going to this vet center for almost a year now and I see Tina as my therapist. She is so amazing and she really helps me and is very flexible. I am so glad to have found this place because although they aren’t directly affiliated with the VA they are affiliated in ways. Everything is confidential and you don’t have to get referrals and all that to see a person. There is no high turn over and she doesn’t know it but I’ll be coming here till she retires lol. Overall they get “the job” done, but if you consider your pet your family, I would go somewhere else. They were not very personable. We felt like “just another number”. It was hard for us because our cat needed surgery and there was a big lack of connection and empathy. The person who took our cat didn’t even make eye contact with us despite me stating I was nervous and this was the first time I had ever done anything like this.
