On February 28, 2023 I handed a package to a staff at Vietlink Global to ship to *******. For 10 days my package was never enroute to *******. Whole time was sat somewhere at the facility. Never got a straight answer from them. Their favorite word was we regret mumbo jumbo. My regret was shipping with them.
They lost my stuff and refused to compensate. This is a shady business. If you send package through them twice, maybe be prepared to lose it at least once
