Terrible irresponsible customer service i ever see. My package was sent to Vietnam, that was damaged and my 7 bottles of omega 3 were melt. The agent did not solve the issue at all, just gave me the phone number of the agent in Chicago for me to call, that agent i had to call or text 4 , 5 times to reach him, and finally gave me the answer medicine is melt because of the heat, so i can not get replaced them and even they did not refund my shipping fee. I will never do business again with them.
