Enjoyed our first visit here. My SO ordered the pork bahn mi and he said it was delicious. He says the pork and veggies were well marinated and the veggies were crisp and fresh. The bread fresh. I ordered the XL pho with beef stock, sirloin and eye round steak. There was an abundance of meat and the herb bar guaranteed that I got enough veggies, and the broth was delicious. I was half asleep, I woke up after eating this. I wish the extra noodles I'd ordered hadn't gone firm cause I'd left it on the side. Got to have that fatty brisket.
Best pho in town hands down! There toppings bar adds a little touch of flavor perfect for any pallet. The staff is always welcoming and helpful.
