I recently brought my car to Viet Auto and worked with Adrien a while back, as he was the one advertising on Instagram. Unfortunately, I left disappointed with the overall service. My main concern was the lack of expertise shown in diagnosing the issue. After the repair was completed, the same problem returned shortly afterward. I have had my car and family's care serviced here since the old location, and now that they have been moved to a bigger facility, it looks like the quality of service and the expertise of the mechanics have also changed. One of their mechanics, the short curly hair dude, whose name is Adrien/Dilmer acts like he is super knowledgeable in cars when in reality all he does is try to scam and pull more money out of you.
