HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ROSE . No help at all!
I had my car parked on N Bolyston St for the Dodger game on 3/30/26. There was signs that said no parking on Thursday or no parking from 2am-6am. I parked my car at 5:30 PM. I came back after the game and it was gone. They said at the request of the city they can take the vehicle. THERE WAS PARKING ENFORCEMENT THAT DROVE RIGHT PAST MY CAR WHEN I PARKED. Absolutely horrible service. You get no answers or guidance from them. It's like they want you to lose your vehicle and the less you know the better. Be aware and do your own research. Patty the manager hears everything in the back and comes out with the ugliest face and Chris the receptionist is her puppet. Do not count on them for nothing. How is this company even linked to the police station?
If your car towed your probably parked in the wrong spot Don’t be mad Be responsible It is expensive but it’s my fault
