Impounded my motorhome ! While in the yard they broke in and robbed my motorhome of over 9,000 dollars of my personal belongings. Door was wide open for weeks.Tools,clothes,important documents with my personal info.Food,housewares goods.Total scumbags ruined my life.
Employees were unnecessarily rude over the phone when trying to gather information on a tow, gave poor and incorrect instructions then tried to gaslight me into believing I was the problem when multiple other people in line clearly had the same issue. Then they quoted me almost 100 more for the pick up than their website had quoted me. That being said the men in the tow yard were actually very nice and helped make sure my car was good to go.
Extremely negative experience dealing with Javier E. at this tow yard. From the moment I spoke with him, he was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He raised his voice on the phone and spoke to customers as if they were inconveniencing him for asking basic questions. They are getting paid to provide excellent service they don’t need to be rude both lots are extremely rude.
Absolutely disgusting experience. Getting towed was already stressful enough, but the way I was treated here made everything even worse. The prices are absolutely outrageous and beyond unreasonable — honestly far worse than I could have imagined. It feels like they take advantage of people who are already in a stressful situation.
