Dr. Viera is a great family Dr. and I love her staff. She really cares about her patients and makes sure I get the care I need. Ive been going to her for about a year and a half and will continue for as long as I can.
Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor. If I could give no stars, I would. Dr. Viera is completely unprofessional, apathetic, and rude. She should not be allowed to practice medicine. Will never return and would never recommend her to anyone.
They are nice people. They at times take a bit to respond back to calls, but it's because there is only one secretary so she has a lot to deal with. Vivian was really nice about explaining each step of the process. You will wait a bit in the waiting room though.
I feel I need to speak out about this nutty doctor and how unprofessional she and her staff are. My son and my husband have been going to her for about a year and they both are extremely frustrated with her. Her office hours are supposed to be Monday through Thursday 9am to 6pm and closed from like 11 to 1 for lunch, BUT they do NOT actually keep those hours or days on any kind of regularity what so ever.
