They always to do a great job with my nails! I’ve tried other nail salons closer to where I live but they do not compare to Viera Nails. Always friendly and professional. However if you’re looking for any fancy nail art, this may not be the place for you. But if you’re looking for someone who’s going to take the time and care do your nails and make sure they look clean and polished then this place is for you. I recommend calling ahead and making an appointment as they do have many regulars.
Horrible, I asked for simple frenchies, and got this. Customer service is great but the nails suck. Very unsatisfied.
I've been going to Viera Nails for over a year now. Always friendly and accommodating and outstanding pedicures. One of the techs retired a while back and yet I've walked in and been taken care of within 15 minutes. Amy is excellent with gel nails especially for my thin nails. Recently enjoyed facial and returning for my second one from her. Very reasonable price for the facial and a very relaxing private room. Edit!!! I have decreased the stars and would give ZERO or negative if I could. Less than 24 hours and the gel polish is already lifting. For $30 i should get at lest 24 hours and maybe even some nicely cleaned up cuticles. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! I hate when I have to leave a less than stellar review. However, I must do so this go round in the hopes that this establishment will address the issue so that other customers can leave better reviews. Abbie did an excellent job cleaning my feet, filing and replacing two nails that looked almost perfect. The people were friendly and efficient. The place was very busy but l did not feel rushed. I will definitely return.
