BUYER BEWARE Worst decision to date purchasing a home through Viera Builders. If you want poor craftsmanship and pages of issues with no resolution in sight, by all means go buy a home from this builder. They are just pumping out homes and scrambling to fix all issues after closing. My entire block was just finished and every neighbor has worse issues than the next. It’s a complete disaster, we are told they were doing quality work but now it’s all about quantity.
