Cecelia Dinh, APRN-C is counseling me in a deep exploration of root causes of inflammation and other post menopause symptoms using very extensive lab analysis reports. It has been quite a personalized education and I’ve seen measurable improvements, as well I’ve learned to quickly translate the feedback my body is signaling 24 hours after I ate or drank something in my personalized triggers. A one size nutrition plan doesn’t work for all. Now I know mine specifically. I Highly recommend this for everyone.
