Just recently moved in and Markeyta and Carlos were very helpful! I was moved in within days of seeing the place with no issues. Grounds are very well kept and it’s clear the community is well cared for.
Maintenance doesn’t do anything they are completely lazy. My number one issue which I REQUESTED 5+ times through out my whole damn lease is my AC. For ex TODAY out side temp was what 90° came home 87° inside i out the ac on at 10:30pm which is when i get home. i wake up at 5am for it to be at 84° inside temp. And like i said the 5 requests it took only till the most recent request for maintenance to say they can’t do anything. all they said in feedback for only 1 request out of 5+ is “low refrigerant” like oh really who woul... read more
The move in process was great! The leasing office staff, Markeyta and Carlo are friendly, efficient and polite! The only "issue" I had was that I was given the wrong key and the apartment was not properly cleaned even though I had opted for the cleaning option. I went to Markeyta and Carlo and they immediately and swiftly took care of it as well as offering their apologies for the inconvenience! I got the proper key and they had someone come and clean the unit. 10/10 move in experience!
