At Viera at Whitemarsh we are happy to be part of the vibrant community and fully embrace its energy and culture. Residents of our apartments live near the portal to the mainland, the Thunderbolt Bridge. Residents from all walks of life live on Whitemarsh Island. While living on an island may seem isolating, it is so close to the mainland, that many employees of major employers make the commute every day.

Not a great bargain Islandtree is on the lower end of all the apartment complexes clustered along Johnny Mercer on Whitemarsh. A recent change in ownership has resulted in some cleaning up of the complex but it still leaves something to be desired. They don't have screened in porches and the windows are very small, resulting in dark apartments, particularly the living room. As a bonus, they have do fireplaces although I never heard of anyone actually using it!
what are you talking about The new ownership has invested millions for the renovation. All of the one bedrooms are all screened in. The new staff is awesome and their prices are awesome for the location.
