All of these positive reviews are fake. I moved into veranda in 2023. They moved me into a dirty and roach infested apartment. The carpet smelled like dog and had dog hair all over the walls. Even after I asked them To come shampoo the carpet the place was still disgusting. I had to clean it all myself. It took about two months to solve the roach issue. Just came from a different leasing office and had a terrible experience and came here as a walk in and was assisted by Jalene must say the best customer service I’ve had experienced in a long time.

Es el peor complex de todo Tampa; las áreas comunes siempre están sucias, los bbqs de la piscina nunca funcionan, no hay seguridad, el servicio en el lease office es lo peor que puede haber en el mundo, cierran hasta 2h antes de la hora de cerrar.
