Do not move here. This place does not know their front from their back. Issues after issues with appliances and interior issues. Right now having to replace the blinds ourselves for our patio sliding door. Never had to replace them ourselves before. Maintenance does not speak English and I don’t speak Spanish so there is no communication. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
Hopefully none of your appliances break, there’s been multiple times I’ve had my blinds break, and on the ring cam in my house, you see them come in, touch one blind and leave. Like you guys didn’t even try 😂joke of a maintenance team, took damn near a week just to get a working water heater can’t wait to get my new blinds in July next year! 😂 doesn’t help the blinds are flimsier than a piece of paper
