RecommendedWonderful management and maintenance team great place to live
I have lived in this community for 2 1/2 years now and when my lease is up, I will be moving. I would rather live in a 300 sq ft home than this place. There has been at least 8-10 managers at this place during that time; who knows, I really lost count. Great community!
I lived at Viera Anchorage for 6 years. The office and maintenance team was always very friendly & responsive. The property was well maintained. I loved the amenities that included a nice swimming pool and fitness center. I’d highly recommend!
This place sucks says I can't renew lease because the cops were called twice not true at all. The manager don't like me because I called her a bitch. She thinks couples never fight. One fight. This should be Vieira GHETTO. They do not do anything they say no renovations has been done. I wish i could post pics you would be appalled. This complex has switched managers so many times.
