Wow! From the moment I hit the door till we left - Dr. Palmer and her staff exceeded my expectations. They were warm and affectionate to Jackson and made him their priority. Dr. Palmer made sure to explain each med she gave Jack and answered myriad of questions. We left very pleased and the Vienna/Parkersburg area is lucky to have Vienna Vet Clinic. �

Took our 3 yr old Bear for an annual checkup today! Staff was awesome and so kind! So happy to find a new vet who is helpful and takes their time explaining things!
Dr. Palmer and her staff are wonderful! I've called twice needing last minute appointments for my kitten, who wasn't feeling well, and on both occasions I was able to get appointments within a few hours of calling. The staff are so friendly, and so very loving towards all of the animals! Dr. Palmer is thorough and professional. I highly recommend this clinic!
