Asked them to remove stains from my shirt. They were unable to do so, but still made me pay.
I went in for an alteration, my daughter’s skirt to be hemmed and fitted and got it back bigger than it was. Took over 2 weeks to do at a cost of over $80! Really?!
This is the best cleaner I have gone to in Vienna. I used to go to Connell’s Valet, but under new ownership, their quality unfortunately decreased. Thankfully, I found Vienna Valet nearby. Vienna Valet is extremely thorough and provides high quality cleaning. They even dry cleaned my wedding dress and consistently clean my husband’s custom suits/my dress clothes perfectly. They have been able to get tough stains out and their pressing looks perfect. I would absolutely recommend.
