I dropped my car off for an oil change and was extremely disappointed when I returned to pick it up. After I paid, I got into my car and turned it on and there was an unusual sound coming from the engine. My boyfriend popped the hood to find the oil cap was missing and that caused the oil to spray everywhere. I had an emissions inspection and safety inspection done. I only had to wait 10 minutes before being seen, and the inspection took about 10 minutes. All my records were updated in the system immediately to the DMV and by the time I got home, I could renew my registration online. The manager was very nice and friendly.
My Golf lost power steering, and the technicians solved the problem very quickly and professionally.
Overcharged for an air filter and got argumentative with my partner when he tried to get clarity on the price. He also brought his car in several months ago- brand new and they spilled oil all over the place causing his new car to smell horrible after it’s first oil change, no refund offered just free oil change next time— why would anyone wanna take them up on that if they couldn’t do it correctly the first time? Not interested in risking it again with these people.
They charged me $115 to change the air filters. Robbery. This is a 5 minute job max, with ~$40 parts max. Also, they left the cap off when changing the oil in my new car. My new car smelled like oil since it spilled out all over the engine. They were nice enough to clean it off and told me my next one will be free. Wanted to give them a second chance when bringing a different car in, and then they overcharge me.
