I have been trying to talk to someone with this company for over a week!! The machine I need is NOT an answering machine. Will be contacting my doctor to see whom else I can do business with.
This company at first was great but they gave us misleading information. When I talk to a consultant back in 2018 they told me that the lease for the CPAP would be up and I would be able to purchase the CPAP in 2018 to be on my insurance being we had met our deductible. Well now they decided they going to claim it on the 2019 insurance which puts me out of pocket for $600. Viemed lied to us on that port which is not a way to do business. Respiratory therapist rude as hell!
Would give this a 0 if I could!!!! Their billing department is horrible to work with. C pap machine was approved in May of 2018 and the didn’t file the claim until Dec 21, 2018. Therefore insurance didn’t approve it until January. Meaning we had to pay for the machine that was approved for in May and they didn’t submit the claim. Called numerous times to get it straight and was told on 2 different occasions that the insurance took care of it all. And now they keep calling for us to reorder supplies.
