Was pretty skeptical about brain photobiomodulation at first, but after doing some research on their published clinical studies, I decided to give the Neuro 4 a shot. The 20-minute daily timer makes it so effortless to build into a morning routine while drinking coffee or checking emails. Battery life is fantastic and the afternoon brain fog is basically gone.

My biggest concern was finding something I could use at home instead of traveling for appointments. The intranasal device was much smaller than I imagined and storing it between sessions wasn't a problem. The instructions answered most of my questions, and I appreciated that there was plenty of technical information available for people who wanted to understand how the device works.
