RecommendedWe are in town on a weekend getaway and we got a flat tire. We pulled in the parking lot at 4:45 on Friday night and they were so awesome to patch the tire and re-mount it even though they were closing at 5:00. We had called 4 other places whom all told us they couldn’t help us. Viele’s really saved our vacation. A regularly 2.5 hour drive would have taken forever if we couldn’t drive over 45 mph on the donut on the way home on Sunday. And we were SHOCKED at how reasonably priced they were. We are in town on a vacation trip. We thought we had a wheel bearing going bad, so we checked AAA for a recommended service center and found Viele’s. They confirmed the diagnosis and had us in and out very quickly at a very fair price. Would definitely use them again if we had the need.
The owner (Randy, from what I gather via other posts), just came and picked my wife’s Jeep up. Very nice guy and his helper did a good job too! He’s more than welcome to come see the shop at HRT anytime.

We found our starter had died on our way home from vacation. Out of town, not AAA members Viele's came as a recommendation. After speaking with Randy, he opened his shop on a Saturday, towed our vehicle there and replaced the starter in our Suburban. This man knows what good customer service is all about. We can't thank him enough for helping us out....we only wish we lived closer so we can recommend him to all our friends! Thank you Randy from the bottom of our hearts!

My daughter's 2005 car struck a coyote while being driven by a friend. Randy got the car to his shop and evaluated it. We live 200 miles from their shop so we had to rely on them. He gave us a reasonable estimate but in the end the insurance company considered the car totaled. Randy and his team kept us informed and were very helpful when we arrived to collect personal items from the car. Nice people.
Thank you for saving our vacation!! Randy fixed our van after hours, and his whole family was so nice. Thanks again!!!
