Doesn't sign detailed contracts. Doesn't give receipts. Uses an alias (ex-wife's name) for his company. Terrible quality. Does not follow instructions. My realtor paid him to come back and do some touch up. His moronic helper used the glossy trim paint on the walls. pathetic. Disappeared when i wanted these mistakes fixed.
Nivaldo and his team did a superb job. They scraped the old paint down to the bare wood and spared no effort to get things right. They also replaced old and decaying wood and spouts, and even came back two weeks later to install our new shutters. Will definitely use them again.
Great work, great price. So far the job is going perfect, much better than any painting service I've ever used. I've seen Vieira Painting paint about a dozen homes in our neighborhood in Lexington, MA. They do high end work, extermely clean, and professional ... and their prices is on a normal budget.
