They put the wrong SS# on a closing document in my name. The documents with my ex-husband’s name were typed and the incorrect document in my name was hand written. They never gave me copies of the documents. I had to request them 6 months after the sale of my house.

We were led to this firm by our lender. (First mistake don’t ever use Guaranteed Rate) During our initial encounter they had multiple errors on the purchase and sale agreement. Incorrectly documented the purchase price as well as the down payment. Spelled my name incorrectly. Their utter lack of attention to detail was astounding. We were told we had to be there by 1PM in order to get the home on record that day. I received an email at 6 PM stating it was not on record and should be the following morning.
