If I could give them negative stars I would. I will start by saying that I don’t want to victim blame but if you move to vie, you’re literally asking to be disappointed. You’re most likely a Howard student who’s been assigned to this apartment complex. I was a resident here before their “partnership” with Howard. If you’re looking for off campus housing BELIEVE ME there are better and cheaper options in the DMV. I recently applied and received my lease. I asked if I could change my start date due to my funds being short. I keep getting the run around. This is really frustrating. I won't be renting there anymore.

First year was great — second year is off to a rough start I had a really solid first year living at Vie Towers. My apartment was on a higher floor, clean, and had good privacy. That experience was honestly great, and it’s the only reason I’m giving this two stars instead of one. After renewing my lease, I was told I’d be transferred to a different unit due to "operational needs." I recently toured VIE Towers and was very impressed! The entire building was spotless and smelled amazing the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly especially Kaya’s and Ms. ReNesha and made me feel welcomed right away. My favorite part of the tour was definitely the gym—it's spacious, has great equipment, and the fact that it’s open 24 hours is a huge plus. Overall, a really great experience!
