Went in for a full set and a pedicure. Both services felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. The full set came out okay but she did cut me a few times. The guy that did my pedicure seemed bothered. He didn’t file/cut my nails. He also didn’t paint my nails from the cuticle or layer the polish evenly. My 10 year old could have done a better job than that guy. Won’t be returning.
Took my wife to have her hands and feet done. Nail tech was sloppy. She expressed her concern and nail tech was rude. Because she expressed any concern front desk staff decided to up charge for a service that she did not receive and did not want to provide a receipt. When asked about the price difference she was told that the prices online are not accurate and the store refused to honor the online pricing. Will not return. This place is amazing! Very clean & will pretty much do any design with no complaints! All the nail techs are fantastic but my girl T is the top tier and her art is beautiful! I 100% recommend her when stoping by!
