Clean business, excellent customer service.
Steven was amazing! He gave me some awesome nail care tips and was very kind and definitely changed my mind about returning to this establishment. However, the very young woman at the front with the ripped jeans could use some training on customer service. She told me I couldn’t sign up for rewards because my service was “small,” which didn’t feel welcoming.
Sandy does great work and it ‘s a plus that she’s fast too!
Young girl with big chin ripped my skin off with the purple exfoliating scrub. Didn’t seem like she cared only wanted to work fast. This is not my first bad experience here, will not be going back. Better off across the street.
