I liked their service and their massage chair!
Went into is last Monday. The following day my chrome gel nails were chipped. They quoted me the wrong price and were charging me $200 without tip. I paid $170 with further discussion. Came back in for a redo and got bubbly nails. They would not refund my full service. My time was wasted and I still need to get my nails done again.
$70 dollar nails and didn’t even last a week. Boyfriend also got a standard cleanup and he was left with two cuts (no bandaids given).
Great service at a great price! We just happened to come across this wonderful nail salon in The Shops at Park Lane. We went on a Wednesday afternoon and were immediately seated. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The front desk guy even walked my wife to the car as I pulled out of the parking garage. It’s a trek to nearby parking as the street parking seems to always be full. The basic pedicure was nice and the lady spent several minutes applying exfoliation and massaging my legs with lotion. It was clean went on a Saturday afternoon for a regular manicure. The service was great paid 28 for regular manicure no polish.
