Leaky roof maintenance refuse to fix, I place two tickets about the roof maintenance supervisor keep closing say work complete. The There are leaks in the dining room ceiling, living room ceiling and bedroom ceiling. These are new pictures showing a major leak in the dining room. All repairs are made like a third world country without regulations, maintenance supervisor said he made the repairs but would not paint the water spots.
