BEWARE OF FALSE CHARGES My son rented an apartment in 2023 while attending college at USM. We paid his lease up for a year. We had a statement stating we owe a zero balance. They shortly after send him a bill for over 300$ saying it was legal rent and cleaning. We argued but paid it anyway. Now in 2025 they are telling him he owes over 600$. Hannah and the property manager ate the best . I came into an issue and it was fixed upon moving in into my apartment immediately. The accommodations and the staff overall was phenomenal!!!

Low tier apartments for mid tier prices. I lived here for a year, and the apartment smelled like weed upon moving in. Had to have multiple air freshners to keep the smell out. It was pretty dirty in general, and when I moved in, my closet didn't even have a door knob (you would think they would check this before someone moves in). Overall, you get what you pay for. These are cheap (debatable) apartments, and their quality represents that. I wouldn't recommend living there.
