shoulda gave it a one star when i got chased into my apartment in broad daylight , but at last i am here. cannot wait to leave. july 21st will be a celebration.
By far the worst place i’ve ever stayed! if I could give it less than 1 star, I would! These apartments have the worst roach infestation! Also a very bad mold/humidity problem and they don’t seem to care to fix or address any issue you may have! You can send 509 emails and calls, and they never have a clue on what to do and how to help. I’d stay far away from these apartments! Please trust the reviews, they are not lying!
I have never written a review before, but I must admit—this place has gotten the best of me. I moved into The Chelsea with high hopes, but within the first few months, the washing machine broke and flooded the floors, the A/C went out in the middle of summer, and both the dishwasher and stove had to be replaced. I would give it zero stars if I could! I have been at the Chelsea for over a year and a half. There was a shooting, not too long ago that I asked the assistant manager Alexis about. She informed me that someone was shooting off their balcony in the back of the apartment complex and that it was OK because no one was hurt. I asked her what Was being done she said nothing. I’ve never had a problem that has went unsolved! The Chelsea is a really good choice for any incoming college students wanting to live off campus at an affordable price. The community manager, Richard, is also very helpful and friendly!! If you have any issues concerning a roommate they handle it very well!
