I originally signed a lease for Unit **04 at 2121 St Mathieu St, Montreal, with a move-in date of August 1. Unfortunately, on my move-in day the unit was found to be uninhabitable due to a cockroach infestation, which caused a lot of stress, delays, and unexpected moving costs. After some back and forth, management offered me a satisfactory solution by relocating me to another apartment under the same conditions.
