Alejandro was fantastik. He his nice and very professionnal. I was very impressed by his fellow up and all the shared info. He is dedicated to his job and my client experience was amazing. Actually, my experience with InterRent was 10 times better than with experience with Akelius.
Alejandro was such a big help when I initially inquired about the building, and has continued to be incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the whole process of signing my lease, moving into the building, and making sure everything has continued to go well now that I live here. Plamun and Carlos from the maintenance team have also been the best and most professional maintenance workers from any building I've lived in. They have all contributed to making the transition to the new building smooth and welcoming.
Jocelyn was great throughout the whole leasing process. She was always very attentive, quick to respond, and stayed with me every step of the way until I was able to get my lease. She answered all my questions, and really made the process less stressful. In case something wouldn’t work out during my first time trying to get a lease, she was willing to try again with me or give me other options. I really appreciate all the time and effort she put into helping me, she’s also very sweet. Thank you so much, Jocelyn!
