Rent increase email was received April 16. I sent 2 emails requesting the basis for the high increase on April 16 and May 4. No one really contacted so I emailed a formal notice of non renewal May 9th. I also called on May 13 to confirm they received my notice. Then on May 15th, someone replied the earlier request email saying I had chosen to renew but refusing the increase, with my legal reply deadline to be tomorrow. On site staff are really nice. But the head office admin is just ……
Lived here for nearly a year, it was truly a terrible experience. There’s rarely ever anyone in the office downstairs, and even when there is someone they’re completely clueless and always direct you to the customer service phone number. One of the worst incidents I can recall is when my package was placed in the wrong locker and even after I sent in evidence that it was mine, they took about a week to even consider the situation (all customer service would ever say is “oh ok I’ll tell them to check the resident hub.” I stil... read more

Lived here for a while, and it was not a good experience. The building had two cockroach infestations, serious humidity issues that stained and damaged the walls, and amenities that were constantly closed for months without clear communication (including the pool and the balconies, just when it was getting warm outside). On top of that, the way they handle lease renewals is incredibly sneaky—they send you an email four months before your contract ends, giving you just 10 days to opt out.
