My mother had called in an order for a dozen pate choux, two flans and a large fruit cake. The lady, I'm guessing the owner was extremely rud. She begrudgingly packaged the cake and messed the side up; didn't even apologize. I had to demand her to give a cake knife because cakes should come with a cake knife at all bakeries. The flan was the worst. Very bitter, looks like balls and cost $3.50. Stop being greedy to your long time customers!
