Dr. Phoenix treated my granddaughter on an emergency basis at Scottish Rite. She performed surgery to repair my granddaughter’s eyelid and tear duct following a bicycle accident. I couldn’t have asked for a better or kinder doctor to have been on call. Dr. Phoenix was amazing, treating my granddaughter with patience and expertise the entire three month journey. That journey ended today with no scars and no vision issues whatsoever. If we need an ophthalmologist in the future, it will be Dr. Phoenix.
We used to go to Thomas eye group for years now for Dr. Lipski for my 9 year old. He retired and I had to take an appointment with new doctor Vidya. She diagnosed my son with increased eye sight. After we got the new glasses, my son said he could not see properly and can see things wider. We called the facility and they never cared to give us an appointment with the doctor nor to re book the appointment as it was complete wrong diagnosis. Utter disappointment and I’m not going to go to this facility again!
