This guy is a crook. Run.
I would never use this guy again. He lied and mislead me. Make sure you dot your I's and cross your T's and read every page of your contract before you sign. Get copies of everything you sign. Tape all your conversations you have with him. Because if you don't shame on you. It was shame on me. Lesson learned.
