This was the easiest smoothest car buying experience I've ever been part of. They made the process easy. Communicated throughout without being pushy, gave honest advice and have amazing service. Will definitely be buying from them again.
This place has horrible service and have no courtesy for the customer. 90 minutes for an oil change. I will never go here again.
Family was at the start of a long drive to Tucson, AZ from Fort Collins. About 15 minutes north of Pueblo the gauge cluster in our 2025 Pilot lit-up with a whole range of electronic assist failures. After a quick google search and a phone call Vidmar was able to get us in, perform a diagnosis, pin point the part failure and get us on our way far quicker than I would have imagined. Vidmar Honda dealership took my daughter‘s old 2009 Honda pilot and rendered it roadworthy again. Monica handled the service writing and provided a thorough diagnostic of the vehicle’s condition. Her recommendations were honest and affordable. Appropriate paperwork was provided and deadlines met. The old pilot runs great with good years ahead of it.
