Amazing chocolate that is ethically sourced (and nut free)! Fun atmosphere!
I grew up traveling to Italy a lot, so I am a chocolate snob. I will only I eat high quality chocolate, usually European. I discovered Videri last night and I was very impressed. The chocolate bars and truffles are phenomenal. Now I wish I lived closer to Raleigh.
Incredibly over priced and rude staff. I walked in with two other people, their hot chocolate tea tasted just like water and the barista got shitty with me when I questioned the one ounce of sipping chocolate for $3. When I went back up to purchase the frozen hot chocolate (because again. one ounce of sipping chocolate) he was again incredibly rude because I said I preferred my hometown chocolate shop because I got more for my money. Also, just buy normal chocolate bars, they’ll taste the exact same and not be $17
I adore this place AND the people who work there. I used to work on this block and this quickly became my favorite spot to grab a latte in all of Raleigh. Try the frozen hot chocolate!
