The chocolate is ridiculously overpriced. The staff was friendly but they followed us around and kept talking when we were just taking it in. The website spoke about touring the factory anytime during business hours, there was nothing happening in the kitchen so there was nothing to do except shop. My 11 year old was disappointed because as she said it was “adult” and “fancy” chocolate. She ended up picking the chocolate marshmallow $3.50!!!!! When she bit into it she spit it out.
