Short review: I was looking for a contractor to install a camera system for the office. I called Videotec and was promised a call back from Buddy Lee to schedule a consultation. Never got a call back. Called them a second time, promised a call back... never heard back. It is obvious that if a company can't be bothered to call back potential clients, let alone come out and give a quote, they don't want or need to be in business.
extremely professional and knowledgeable company . Had an enormous issue at my main facility and videotec solved the problem and saved my company mega bucks.
This company charged 11,000k for cameras that don't function as promised. The color doesn't work most of the time and the program for viewing and saving files is so difficult to use it took two days, six hours, and two tech support persons to come out and save me a 15 minute clip. The salesman stated, "You will be able to zoom in and see a credit card number." The cameras do not zoom and they do not pan. The color is only part time and the clarity terrible.
