Matt and Mark made it an easy transaction. I had ordered this new model Suburban right as it became available. Matt made sure to stay in communication until the order was accepted by GM. I have been servicing my GM vehicles for a long time at Videon. This was my first chance to purchase a Chevrolet from them. I had previously bought GMC, but I looked forward to one day buying a car from this dealer and everything worked out the best it could be.
Quality service, efficient service, calls from service staff related to findings during inspection, ask permission to proceed with repairs, give estimate of repairs and parts needed to complete job.

Excellent service. Dropped off my Caddy after getting a check engine light for an EVAP purge pump. They got me in the next service day and fixed everything on a recall warranty. Sean was awesome, very easy to deal with. Thanks for the great service guys.
