I recently had my 2024 Traverse's first service at Videon Chevrolet and it was a great experience. Scheduling online was easy; the intake was fast and went smoothly; the service itself (oil change & tire rotation) didn't take too long at all - even if it had, the waiting room was nice, clean, and had a well-stocked refreshment area. I will for sure be going to Videon anytime my vehicle needs service from now on!
Sean was amazing! I had an emergency with my tire, and was on my spare and he took the time to squeeze me in the very next day, check my tire throughly, and even repaired it and put it back on the vehicle within a few hours after dropping it off. He was very kind and had my best interest in mind. 100% recommend this dealership and will never switch!
Matt and Mark made it an easy transaction. I had ordered this new model Suburban right as it became available. Matt made sure to stay in communication until the order was accepted by GM. I have been servicing my GM vehicles for a long time at Videon. This was my first chance to purchase a Chevrolet from them. I had previously bought GMC, but I looked forward to one day buying a car from this dealer and everything worked out the best it could be.
