I love this place!! It is so nice to have a video rental store right here in town. My husband and I can't get enough of this place. Everybody that works there is so awesome and super helpful. Even if we were to move across the valley we would still rent here. Also it is great to know that the money we spend here is stay here locally with the owners and employees unlike those other rental boxes.

They really know they're movies here, always friendly service and a hometown feel! Even though late fees are more than initial rental, I'm sure it's to entice people to bring the movies back when due so others may have a chance to watch and enjoy as well,so if my movies are late I will gladly pay late fee, also they have a convenient drop box outside (for after hours) and inside! �

Cant believe it cost more for a late fee then to rent the movie. And to return a movie by 6 o'clock that's barely getting off of work. I'm always in Medford it's just cheaper to get a movie in Medford
