Kyler was great. He really helped me spend way less than I was planning on doing in 6 months or so. I wanted to drop a lot on speakers. But he showed me a great set for way less and even beat Amazon by $700+tax with price protection till the end of the year and 18 months no interest!? I literally came in to research and figure out what route I wanted to go in the future and he helped every step of the way so I didn’t even have to wait to get a great set of speakers!
Before you buy anywhere else check prices here. I have been coming to Video Only for years and have always had very knowledgeable salespeople and hundreds of dollars lower prices than anywhere else.
We were able to get a bigger Samsung Frame tv for less, with a longer warranty (5 yr), than Costco. We called to make sure it was in stock, showed up the next day, and were out the door with the TV within 10 mins. 10 mins! I wish every major purchase was this easy. It was like a dream.
The whole interraction made me uncomfortable :/
