We shall see... – I purchased a tv last week at Video Only. The service was great. I have decided to return the tv today, however, because the sound is lousy. We shall see how great they are when I want to return something. I am hopeful! It would be closer for me to go to the Eugene store, but their customer service reviews are terrible! More later when I return.
Video Only is ... an excellent place to buy TV and AV equipment. I just bought my third TV from Video Only, and on this one (a 65" plasma) I saved $800 over best buy. Plus got a great deal on the stand and bluray player. Other products I've purchased at Video Only are a surround sound receiver, and surround speaker system. Here's an update as of 20 December 2010 - Mark and Dean (Salem store) teamed up, offered great information, and sold us another plasma tv. Also got a great deal on a wall-mount and Bluray player.
Love this store over any huge retailer selling TV with equipment. Super good service, great people, great deals and a place to go back and get things taken care of if anything does not go to plan. Recommend highly this store before Best Buy.
great service After checking prices at Video Only we compared them at Costco. We bought at Video Only and had great service. Buying the 52 inch TV at 8:30 p.m. the salesman came after his shift (9:30 p.m.) and installed if for us. (Yes he did charge us but was well worth it) He was extremely pleasant and was in and out of our home within an hour. Thanks Dean!!!

Good prices we deserve I like vieo only cause they know their stuff. Instead of selling a tv next to a washer and dryer. When looking High Def and the right dvd and Surrond Sound System go see them
Great Prices We bought our 36 inch TV at Video Only. We assumed that we would get a betetr deal at Best Buy or Circuit City, but went in Video Only to browse and we were pleasantly surprised that the same TV we planned on getting at one of the other stores was almost $100 cheaper there.
Just like the name states Video only is just like the name states. They only carry TV watching related items like dvd players, tvs, etc. Their prices are unbeatable and their selection is huge. I always heard that they were the lowest around but found out myself recently as well. The sales people tried to get me to get something larger than I had planned but I stuck to my original plan.
Amazing prices, great selection! I stopped in here on a lark after shopping for a nice TV at several other major stores in town. They beat everyone's prices (including any I could find online) by more than $200. That's a great deal!
