The customer service at Video Bonanza is horrible! Don’t bother selling or trading any of your unwanted DVD’s. Apparently there is only one trained employee that goes through them in order for you to receive payment. I’ve been there on 3 separate occasions and listened to her go on and on about how she was overwhelmed. You would think that the other employees would have the training to service other customers. This store is absolutely amazing and their buy 2 used movies get 2 free is outstanding as well but above all else, the customer service at this store is top tier. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable about the videos and they genuinely care about the customers. I went in with my son tonight to get him a few movies. He was wearing an eye patch because he had an accident at school and has a huge scratch on his eyeball and the owner gifted him a collectible stuffed animal to make his day better. At the end of January I visited the store in search of a learning game for my 7 year old son. He had gotten a Nintendo switch for christmas and I am always on the market for new games, especially ones that could help further my son's education, while being fun! I was helped by the gentleman that is always walking around handing out the papers to customers and interacting. He is always super friendly and helpful!
