I contacted LG support for a repair under warranty for my 63 inch tv and they referred me to Rashid. He drove out to my house over one hour and took a look at my TV. He noticed exactly what was wrong with it and was able to help me. In my case the damage wasn’t covered by warranty because my cat literally pissed all over the TV and it was considered a complete disaster. My microwave quit working because some wires from the control panel broke. G.E. quoted me 310.00 for the part, or i could have a tech come to my house and try to repair it. 135.00 just to show up and parts and labor...ugggh... I took the door off and brought it to the petaluma location. They were able to fix it for much less and my microwave is working again. These guys are miracle workers. Fantastic job! I can't thank them enough!
Brought my Playstation 5 console in for repair after I broke a connector while cleaning it. Rashid was able to fix it and get it back to me in less than a week. Couldn't have been an easier process! Thanks!!
