I want to share my experience with Videl's Hairstyling. I usually get my haircuts in Toronto, where a basic cut costs less than $30 with great service and results. Last week, I went to Videl's for a haircut. While the appointment process was smooth and quick, the haircut was poorly done—my hair ended up uneven. I paid over $40, including tax, for a basic men's haircut, which is overpriced for St. Catharines, especially considering the lack of skill. I strongly recommend finding another salon in the area.

Just visited Vidal’s Salon for the first time. It is safe to say that I will be back. Extremely friendly people working there and I felt very comfortable during my visit, it was very peaceful. Marisa took such care in perfecting her cut and I love it, thank you and thank you Fran and staff.

I went to their salon for permanent hair straightening. I kept my hair properly and didn’t let it get wet for 3 days as she mentioned. I washed it and after it dried, it was the same as if I did not do it at all , in fact worse. All bushy and a complete waste of my time , money and even my hair is damaged. I will never go to this salon again and will never recommend this place to anyone ever. My hair is completely damaged and burnt.
