I just recently started since my wife's been going for 4 years strong now. I've had more range of motion since I started. My freedom of movement was lacking and my arthritis was taking over. Vida Project is highly recommended for for both mental and physical being.
Rances is an exceptional trainer with great qualities that anyone would want in a fitness professional. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and above all else he sincerely believes in perfecting his craft. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family. The Vida Project movement is something that will inevitably grow and touch more and more people.
The concept this team has is interesting. They teach you how to do little steps before jumping and running. The concept makes sense. If you are capable to have a good posture, you will avoid injures and you will increase your mobility, strength, endurance. I like how the small group help instructors to focus in each person goal and need. They are insporational, and they challenge their studies to keep pushing harder event day. Congratulations for a great team and for the kidenes and support. .
Vida Project is one of the best training facilities around. Rances, Moises and Aman have created an amazing gym. They are more than just trainers... They're family. The group classes cater to your specific goals... and each of the coaches eye to detail is top notch. If you live in area and are looking for personal training they are the people to see. If it wasn't for life and work I would be in there training 6 days a week!
Great trainers! Love the workouts! I love the fact that I'm never alone in this journey. There's always going to be a trainer or a friend every step of the way. I already see an improvement in my heart rate which is AMAZING! I was recently diagnosed with Supra Ventricular Tachycardia and my cardiologist said go workout and most likely your symptoms will go away. I'm excited to get fit and live a healthy lifestyle! I want to be around for my kids for ever 😁 Thanks to the trainers for being awesome and helpful!!
